POSITION OVERVIEW Provide evaluation, consultative, and counseling services in the school setting. Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and lead the multidisciplinary team in the process of identifying students as eligible for and in need of special education services. Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the incumbent's performance objectives as outlined by the incumbent's immediate supervisor or manager. * Lead the multidisciplinary evaluation team (MET) through the evaluation process when a student is referred for a special education evaluation. * Complete comprehensive evaluations and use professional judgment in order to identify areas that need additional data collected. * Participate in Legacy Traditional School non-violent crisis response team if trained. * Conduct classroom observations as part of the special education evaluation process, child study team (CST) process and as a consultative process. * Prepare cohesive and timely evaluation reports. * Interpret assessment data and impart it to parents and MET members in a meaningful way. * Identify students' needs and develop programming recommendations based on evaluation outcomes. * Lead the school team in the development and implementation of behavior plans. * Lead the school's pre-referral intervention team. * Provide counseling services in alignment with student's IEPs and/or 504 plans. * Provide school based counseling in accordance with pre-referral intervention or informally. * Facilitate training on topics related to position on an as-needed basis. * Provide consultative services to teachers and administrators regarding behavioral and academic concerns. * Other duties as assigned by the deputy superintendent of exceptional student services, special education coordinator, principal, school psychologist coordinator. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Education, Licensure, or Certification * Master's degree in Education required, educational specialist, certificate of advanced graduate studies or sixth year professional certificate preferred * Arizona Department of Education School Psychologist Certificate \Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card * The incumbent in this position will be required to pass a criminal history background check. * Must possess strong communication and organizational skills. * Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. POSITION OVERVIEW The Legacy Kids Care (LKC) Team Member will supervise students ages 4-13 years, assist during meals/snacks, organize interactive activities, and provide homework supervision during the before and after school programs. The LKC Staff Member is required to interact with children, pass out snacks/meals, participate in organized play, and implement cooperative learning activities. They also provide feedback to parents and the LKC Program Administrator regarding students' behaviors and social learning skills. Legacy Kids Care operates Monday-Friday from 6:00am.-7:30am.(Morning) and 3:00pm-6:00pm (Afternoon) Legacy Kids Care Non-School Days and Summer Academy operates from 6:00am-6:00pm. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * LKC Staff Member plans, organizes, and ensures at the start of each day all activities are ready when children arrive. * Greets and acknowledges children and parents when they arrive * Assists students, individually or in small groups, with homework supervision * Monitors individual and/or groups of students in a variety of settings (e.g. classroom, cafeteria, playground, etc.) for the purpose of providing a safe and positive enriching environment. * Assist students during snack time and or lunch time * Enforce cleanup activities between transition times (from classroom to playground) by modeling appropriate behavior. * Performs general clerical tasks (e.g. laminating, making posters, making copies, bulletin boards, filing, newsletters, etc.) for the purpose of helping the LKC Program Administrator. * Provide an environment of comfort and security for students by indulging in nurturing behavior. * Reports observations and incidents relating to specific students (e.g. accidents, fights, appropriate and/or inappropriate social behavior, violations of rules, safety conditions, change in behavior, etc.) for the purpose of communicating information to the LKC Program Administrator. * Monitors attendance to ensure a 30:1 Student: Teacher ratio * Manages discipline, utilized the Incident Report form when needed and brings concerns to the attention of the Program Administrator * Maintains first aid kit and follows health and safety procedures established for the Legacy Kids Care program to include, storage of medication, safety of facilities, lock down/fire safety requirements and weather related (heat) concerns. * Follows procedures for Late pickup and utilized the Late Pick up Form as indicated in the LKC Parent Handbook. * Ensure LKC Campus iPhone is turned on and answered during LKC hours, and voicemail is answered before and after each session. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Education, Licensure, or Certification * Must have the ability to interact positively with students, parents, teachers and administrators. * Must be at least 18 years old Work Experience or Related Experience * Previous experience in working with children is a value add. Position Summary The Cashier/Food Service Worker works primarily in the foodservice operation, handling cash and credit transactions from Sodexo customers. In addition, they will assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables. Duties will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work stations. As a cashier, they must accurately operate the cash register/POS and complete the transactions. Will also provide support to the retail operation, including setup, maintaining supplies and products, and assisting in cleanup and closedown. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
