Duties
Assist in the process of developing an educational climate conducive to the optimum development of all children.
Qualifications
Professional educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist Endorsement from the State of Illinois or approval and the ability to be certified in the State of Illinois. A Master's Degree from NCATE program/field of school psychology and a required internship. There may be other qualifications as the administrator may find appropriate and acceptable
Salary/Benefits
Placed on salary schedule at Masters +30 plus an additional $6000 for performing duties assigned by administration which are related to the special education department. An additional 5 contract days paid at per diem rate.
