As a contracted employee, this position is assigned to work 183 days per year with a possibility of 20 extended days (salary increase), and 7.25 hours per day.

Contracted employees receive competitive benefits.

Starting salary $47,760.00 is in accordance with the negotiated agreement, increases with experience and education. In addition, Springfield is also able to offer a $10,000 retention compensation to all School Psychologist.

In the 2023-24 school year Springfield was able to offer a $1,600.00 longevity bonus to all employees in addition to an annual attendance bonus of potentially $1,100.00.
