Job Summary

Under the direction of a Principal or designee, perform clerical and secretarial support duties in support of student health; answer phones; provide information; greet and assist students, parents/guardians, staff, and visitors; administer basic first aid and dispense medications and screen ill or injured students in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; assist in ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. The School Office Manager I / Health Tech classification provides primary support to an elementary school Principal or designee, or alternative education Principal.
