Position Description:
Students in good standing can reapply for Graduate Assistantships until their student teaching semester.
Assist faculty within the School of Education with academic and administrative projects.
Determine your work schedule with the appropriate faculty member. You may begin and end the assistantship at mutually agreed upon times but you will be required to have worked a total of 100 hours.
During this semester, if you are interested in working for Manhattanville beyond your graduate assistantship, you will need to complete the 100 hours of your assistantship before you can be placed on another payroll.
You will be required to give a record of your hours worked to the School of Education at the end of the semester.
Required:
Enrolled in a School of Education graduate program at Manhattanville
Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
Compensation:
This position offers a 3-credit of tuition waiver for the fall and spring terms (6 credits total) to be used for classes in the School of Education.
