Description: Fort Lee Public School is seeking a Full Time Nurse at School #1.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a NJ DOE School Nurse Certification or be able to obtain Emergency School Nurse Certification

• Must hold CPR-AED Certification

• Experience working with elementary aged children Grades PK-4

• Pediatric experience with chronic and acute illnesses, preferred

• Ability to respond quickly and calmly using critical thinking and assessment skills.

• Ability to respond during evacuation situations.

• Ability to triage effectively.

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment as part of a team.

• Availability for school trips and summer work, preferred.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions: Full Time, 10 month position, with benefits

If you do not do so, you are subject to removal from your office, position or employment.
