Food & Supplies
Following all sanitation and health codes governing personnel appearance. Wearing uniforms and hair restraints at all times
Interest in developing further job skills.
Cooperates with Team Leader in producing a quality lunch program.
Leave kitchen clean and sanitized daily, all food properly stored.
High quality production a must.
Attends meetings and training programs as requested.
Helping with the catering when possible.
Operates all kitchen equipment correctly.
Performs other duties as requested.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Knowledge of foods and nutrition.
Knowledge of methods and techniques of quantity food cookery.
Ability to operate and care for institutional equipment.
Ability to keep records as directed.
Be cognizant of acceptable public relations techniques and possess good basic judgment.
Attends meetings and programs as directed.
Previous food service experience preferred
Your assigned school but possibility of relocation to other sites.
Working with hot ovens, sharp tools, slippery floors at times and heavy lifting.
General worker: $14.20 per hour to start
