About the Job

This associate manager role reporting to the School Delivery manager, ensures that all the global authorization and evaluation Schools Delivery processes are adhered to while recommending new working practices as required.

This role will lead on School Delivery processes liaising with schools throughout their transition to Authorization and Evaluation. This includes logistical processes related to the application for candidacy and authorization, consultancy, school verification visits, self-study questionnaire, single, multiple and synchronized school evaluation visits, un-announced exam visits, CAS monitoring, new services, termination and withdrawals, efficient administrative system functionality and data management in a close working relationship with the Authorization, IB World Schools, IBEN, PD and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on data management and relevant Schools Delivery reporting where statistics can be provided

readily and the Schools Delivery strategic objectives are met

  • Ensure all relevant data is captured and processed in a timely manner. System has reliable and

updated data supporting the departmental strategy Engage frontline customer communications related to school satisfaction with Schools Delivery

logistical processes.

  • Facilitate and oversee the relationships with other teams including Authorization, IB World Schools,

Development, IBEN, PD, Global Operations and Finance.

  • Provide support and guidance to schools where needed relevant to the Schools Delivery processes.
  • Ensure positive working relationships with other team's aligning on key roles and responsibilities to

coordinate best working practice

  • Support the design, documentation and implementation of global processes for all programmes' quality processes so that we become more efficient and effective.
  • Ensure the delivery of services and logistics is within agreed timelines and quality assurance standards including alignment of processes across the four programmes globally including all processes documented, updated and readily available.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (equivalent to native proficiency) for communicating complex

issues through a variety of media.

  • Good knowledge of all four IB programmes and specific programme requirements is advantageous
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to manage the ongoing single and cross-programme services to schools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in various contexts
  • Good IT literacy with all standard software and the ability to communicate IT needs as an informed

client to IT specialists
