Program:
Nonpublic Schools - LIU 12 auxiliary services are provided for students in grades K-12 who are residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and attend nonpublic schools in Adams, Franklin and York Counties. These services are intended to provide students with support to help them succeed in their regular education program in the nonpublic schools.
Description:
The Lincoln IU Nonpublic Schools program is hiring an Elementary/Secondary School Counselor to provide academic counseling, career counseling, developmental/preventive counseling, personal counseling, consultation, and student evaluation to nonpublic elementary and/or secondary school students and/or to supplement the existing school counseling program.
Qualifications:
Valid Pennsylvania Specialist Certification: Elementary School Counselor K-6 and Secondary School Counselor 7-12; or Elementary and Secondary School Counselor PK-12
Master's degree
Minimum of three years of school counseling, preferred
Competency in Microsoft suite of products and Google Drive.
Terms:
Full-time, 188 days. Position will require travel between schools.
Salary: LIUEA contract (minimum $53,450), plus comprehensive benefits*
