School Bus Driver

Job Description Job Description Salary: $25 Hourly IMMEDIATE OPENING Working under the direct supervision of the Childcare Director, this part-time position offers a great schedule School year hours from 3:00pm until 5:00pm each weekday with occasional hours beginning at 1:00 for early dismissals. Opportunities are available for additional hours during the summer.

The candidate must posses a high school diploma, and a Class A or B CDL, in addition to being over the age of 18 at the start of their employment. Previous childcare or school bus driver experience is preferred Duties of the bus driver include: Drive safely along the designated route.

Arrive promptly at designated schools for afternoon pickup to transport students to the After School program location. Obey traffic laws, safety procedures, and transit regulations. Ensure all passengers are safely buckled during transport.

Check the vehicle daily prior to beginning the bus route.

Ability to handle sudden changes such as scheduling adjustments, group changes. Operate a standard of excellence that is inline with the goals of The Campus-CC . Being a team player and working cohesivelywith othersin an appropriate manner. Great communication skills.
