RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Must be able to provide transportation services for students according to thetransportation handbook policy.

• Must be able to perform all safety requirements per handbook and put student safety firstat all times.

• Must be punctual, manage students, follow general education guidelines, redirect busbehavior, work with the Director of Transportation for students' needs and concerns.

• Physical Requirements: must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate 5-point harnesses andseatbelts, operate wheelchairs and wheelchair lifts, as needed. Must be able to enter andexit bus steps independently, assist in emergency drills and emergency situations thatrequire to exit the bus quickly.

LICENSE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
