Work Schedule:
100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus. You will work primarily at Madison Metropolitan School District High Schools with a possibility of a mix of telehealth, community based, and in clinic care at 122 E Olin Ave in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to:
Provide developmentally appropriate evidence based mental health and/or substance abuse disorder treatment to adolescents and their families.
Perform assessments, treatment planning, ongoing therapy, case collaboration/management, and complete related documentation.
Work with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team.

Unrestricted Mental Health license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS), or license eligible in the State of Wisconsin
Unrestricted certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), or the substance use disorder specialty granted with the LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, with the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS), or license eligible in the State of Wisconsin (One or more years' experience working with substance abuse disorders may be considered in lieu of substance abuse certification)
CPR/BLS
If in Behavioral Health Youth and Family (BHYF):
Must be 21 years of age to drive a patient and/or the patient's family in the employee's personal vehicle or a UW Health owned fleet vehicle.
Ability to be insured by UW Health's Risk Management insurer, which requires:
A valid driver's license and
Successfully passing a driver's background check
