Scholarship & Grants Coordinator

The Scholarship and Grants Coordinator coordinates all components of internally and externally funded scholarship programs at Morgan State University. This position oversees the processing of all, departmental, institutional, and private scholarships.

The Scholarship and Grants Coordinator will assist students and parents with calls and questions, including, but not limited to, questions regarding scholarship procedures, applications, deadlines, eligibility, and award timeline. The Scholarship and Grants Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact with scholarship partner agencies and is responsible for timely communications, reporting, and programmatic responsibilities associated with each agency. The Scholarship and Grants Coordinator will monitor scholarship fund balances, compile data, and prepare monthly reconciliation reports.

This position will manage all social media for the purpose of promoting all scholarship opportunities. The Scholarship and Grants Coordinator is part of the Awarding Team and will report to the Associate Director of Financial Aid.
