Scheduling/Service Agent (Accelerated Program)

As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented individual to join us for a future supervisor position in our Contact Center at our Medina, MN Office.

Accelerated Program Overview:

We're seeking individuals with prior leadership experience to join our company in the role of Scheduling/Service Agent. As a Scheduling/Service Agent, you'll provide sales and service solutions for new and existing customers while maintaining the daily schedules for a group of up to three pest control technicians. This program is designed to provide you with hands-on learning experience to develop your leadership skills and deepen your understanding of our scheduling and service operations. You will work closely with experienced leaders and agents to learn the ins and outs of our systems, processes, industry, and customer service strategies. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will be equipped to step into a supervisory role within our organization, provided you meet performance expectations.

Location:

Medina, MN - Up to one day working at home a week after the training period

Position Type:

Full-Time • Hourly + Commission Incentives For New Sales • Non-Exempt

General Tasks:

• Sell services from inbound calls

• Plan and schedule services as necessary

• Manage & optimize Technician schedules and routes

• Build customer relationships

• Administer customer satisfaction records

• Contact customers to respond to inquiries

Hours:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

• Rotating Monthly Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (only for peak season April-September)

• Interested applicants must be flexible and able to work as early as 7:00 am and/or as late as 6:00 pm at least one day per week during peak season.

• This role does provide some flexibility.

General Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (preferred)

• Previous experience in a leadership or management position (preferred)

• Proficient computer and phone skills

• Excellent typing skills (at least 40 WPM)

• Background in telecommunications is highly preferred but not required

• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
