JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor#s Degree in Computer Science preferred. In lieu of a formal education will accept 8 plus years of registration and scheduling information systems experience.

Experience Two years of previous experience in a health care setting, specifically in scheduling information systems and registration protocols and procedures. Proficient in data manipulation, report writing, spreadsheet and database applications. Managing work projects and planning and implementing of clinical systems.

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting with a light amount of physical work, may lift, carry, push or pull records/boxes weighing up to 10 pounds. Normal hospital environment.

Close eye work and hearing within normal range.

Excellent oral communication skills. Operates computer and standard office equipment. Occasional walking, bending, and climbing.

JOB SUMMARY Serves as a liaison between schedulers and the ancillary departments. Overseeing all training and workflow processes for the hospital scheduling system.

This position requires knowledge of hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

Routinely, assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment.
