About this Job:
Aggreko is searching for a Scheduling Supervisor to be based in New Iberia, LA. The Scheduling Supervisor manages and coordinates labor requirements through schedulers to meet fleet readiness and customer requirements including commissioning, decommissioning, on-site breakdowns, shop maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance.

We're Experts. You'll have the following experience:
Preferred 4 years of experience in the management of technician labor to support customers and maintain fleet readiness
Technically competent in understanding what skills and competencies technicians require in order to fulfill the roles their team is assigned to schedule or relevant experience in the rental or related industries
1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
Proven experience in technical problem solving, working alongside the schedulers to resolve issues as they arise throughout the day
PC literary in a Microsoft environment and ERP system
Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions
Proven acute attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and respond with an appropriate sense of urgency
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced stressful environment
Skilled at multi-tasking and has a flexible and adaptable mindset focused on problem solving
Excellent inter-personal skills Collaborative style with decisive, results-oriented approach
Ability to self-direct and self-manage

Manages the team in prioritizing all labor scheduling activities in order to meet the needs of the customer and maintain a high-quality fleet.
Leads the team in the delivery of world class customer service resulting in measurable high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Responsible for selection of the proper technical resources (internal and/or external) needed for executing an activity in compliance with company and legal requirements. Advises local operations and sales when those requirements exceed standard technical skills based on safety or other standards (e.g. ESR authorization, HV certifications, etc.) the team to go the extra mile when delivering out of ordinary jobs
Acts daily having safety as key priority for our business, employees, customers and contractors.
Plans and coordinates schedulers time to meet customer service requirements, while ensuring control of working time with reference to safety of the technician.
Directs the schedulers in their work schedule and collaborates with operations leaders to manage challenges.
Utilities our new system and technologies to efficiently plan, co-ordinate and dispatch Technicians based on work activity type, customer site locations and access limitations, Technician skill set, current job status and their location.
Liaises with Workforce Manager, Service Center Managers, Service Center Coordinators and Schedulers to ensure scheduling requirements are met. Identifies where work demands exceed manpower availability and takes the appropriate action based on collaborative discussions.
Identifies opportunities for additional customer charges based on actual services provided against services quoted. Liaise with customer service / sales to agree cost variations and charges to customer
Ensures customer's location specific safety requirements including inductions and certifications are adhered to whilst dispatching technician resource for attendance
