CCI Health & Wellness Services empowers patients to partner with staff for an unparalleled healthcare experience. We deliver high quality, affordable, care to every patient during all stages of life providing services to the medically under-served at 14 sites in Montgomery and northern Prince George's counties. Our services include primary care, behavioral health, dental, adolescent health, HIV and infectious disease testing and treatment, prenatal, and family planning. CCI Health & Wellness Services is also the largest provider of WIC services in the state of Maryland.

The Scheduling Specialist works in our call center in Silver Spring and serves as the primary scheduler for all CCI patients. S/He schedules appointments, directing patients to the appropriate Health Center personnel when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone promptly in adherence with AIDET protocols.

  • Route calls to the appropriate area and communicates phone messages as needed.

  • Work to fill all available appointment slots according to CCI Scheduling Guidelines.

  • Document all necessary patient information.

  • Attend daily huddles and provide updates to the team.

  • Verify insurance at the time of scheduling.

  • Complete outreach calls to new Managed Care Organization patients and schedule them for visits.

  • Monitor and retrieve contact information for patients requesting appointments.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a medical setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to navigate information on the internet and within an Electronic Health Record.

  • Ability to maintain a high standard of customer service in a hectic and sometimes hostile environment

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to support the management of data at CCI Health & Wellness Services. This individual will support internal customers by analyzing and translating data into accessible and usable information. The Analytics Specialist will use multifaceted techniques to extract data, conduct statistical analysis and improve the effectiveness of analytic tools for business intelligence and quality assurance and improvement of services and initiatives. Responsibilities * Perform quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis on large data sets. Analytic deliverables encompass business processes, service utilization, cost-effectiveness, program improvement, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction and needs assessment. * Perform accurate and complete data extraction, transformation and reconciliation from data warehouses and other sources. * Develop data visualization solutions primarily using Business Intelligence (BI) tools that allow staff to interact with the data for decision-support, grants, accreditation requirements (e.g. Joint Commission, PCMH) and quality measurement (e.g. HRSA UDS, and HEDIS). * Present analysis methodology and findings clearly, concisely and in an audience appropriate manner regardless of data complexity. Qualifications * Three years' experience in healthcare analytics * Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, or similar mathematical field. * Ability to perform ETL processes and correlation analysis. * Proficiency with SQL language (Microsoft SQL Server preferred) * Proficiency in at least one statistical/analytical programming tools such as R, Python and SAS. * Proficiency with at least one BI application such as i2iTracks and Tableau. * Experience creating informative engaging and audience appropriate data visualizations. * Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and solve complex problems. * Possess meticulous attention to detail. * Strong oral and written communication skills.
