CDC has a full-time opportunity for a Scheduling Manager at our Crystal clinic. Our existing Robbinsdale clinic is moving to this newly renovated space opening in July of 2024! This position is integral in providing an exceptional patient experience and assisting with the successful running of day-to-day operations in the clinic.
Scheduling Manager Key Responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day operations of Scheduling Coordinators and their duties
In charge of training of new Scheduling Coordinators
Address patient concerns if a challenging situation arises
Address provider's schedule changes to support their schedule workflow
Back-up for Treatment Coordinator as needed
Inform patients of clinic protocols and procedures
Perform all Scheduling Coordinator duties
Coach and mentor Scheduling Coordinators/Treatment Coordinators
Additional or different duties may be assigned from time to time
Crystal Clinic Hours:
Monday-Thursday 7:20am-3:30pm
Friday 7:20am-2:30pm
Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:
Minimum two+ years' experience in a supervisory/managerial role
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Experienced within MS Office or other computer software
