Job Description

The Scheduling and Inventory Associate is responsible for planning and coordinating materials within the division, including the staging and moving of interdivisional inventor. Support the division's operational purchase orders and resolve any tag integrity issues that are discovered to ensure application integrity. Support the inventory applications of the division participating in physical inventories, monitoring inventory levels and adjusting production as needed. Researching tag issues and create tag adjustments, reviewing and ensuring accurate entry of data for inventory identification. Assist in implementing the daily production schedules and PO generation and help manage any consignment programs

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred

• 1+ years of scheduling/planning experience preferred but not required

• Skilled with computers, Microsoft Office Suite and Inventory Systems

• Strong math skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
