Position Summary:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination of the client and field staff schedules, ensuring all visits are covered appropriately by all disciplines, focusing on customer and employee satisfaction. The Scheduling Coordinator will communicate both internally and externally to achieve their job duties.


  • STNA or CNA Certification Required

  • High School Graduate or GED

  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office programs

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must posses positive, enthusiastic attitude

  • Good people skills and professional appearance

  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on quality patient care and customer satisfaction

  • Is flexible, cooperative, and a team player in fulfilling all obligations

  • Exceptional customer service skills

Position Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately performs the scheduling process to ensure schedules are maintained, updated, and communicated to field staff and Clinical Manager, including: monitoring alerts, open visits, non-completed visits, appropriate staff assignments, etc.

  • Works with Clinical Manager and Administrator to assign new referrals to appropriate staff, coordinates contract staff as directed by Clinical Manager and/or Administrator.

  • Creates service orders.

  • Coordinates, tracks, obtains, follows up on all ongoing insurance authorizations. Communicates with the referral management department.

  • Updating/maintaining authorization log

  • Processing admission open reports, order ERS if needed through Healthcom

  • Coordinates on-call schedule assuring adequate coverage for off-hours, weekends, and holidays.

  • Produces re-certification report and ensures re-certifications are scheduled appropriately.

  • Tracks and coordinates unskilled supervisory visits.

  • Runs reports daily/weekly/monthly/yearly for the Clinical Manager and/or Administrator to monitor office operations

  • Monitor and take necessary action regarding patients not admitted and assigned visits that are not completed.

  • Communicate with Case Managers as needed

  • Responsible for Telephony reporting and monitoring

  • Handles client and field staff complaints and communicating as necessary to the Clinical Manager and/or Administrator

  • Keep directions screen updated with pertinent information to enter clients home and anything out of the ordinary the aide or nurse will encounter (DNS list, back ups for priority one clients, special circumstances, examples: pets, keys in mailbox. Do not duplicate information)

  • Acts as a branch spokesman and representative to the clients

As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for an Parts Coordinator – Road Ready Center. The primary function of the Parts Coordinator – Road Ready Center is responsible for assisting the Inventory Control Manager in the ordering, managing and protecting the equipment, parts and shop supply inventory for the Road Ready Center. * Works with the Production Manager to source parts based on the installation schedule for the Road Ready Center. Contacts vendors and issues purchase orders to source equipment, parts, paint and shop supplies as required to meet production schedules and customer requirements. * Works with the Parts Specialist to ensure equipment, parts, paint and shop supply orders are received into inventory. Assigns bin locations and staging areas for received equipment, parts and supplies. Contacts applicable vendors to resolve any issues with shipment shortages and damage. * Process parts purchase orders and invoices timely once parts have been received. * Ensures that equipment, parts and shop supplies are correctly billed on repair orders for equipment installations, repairs and pre-delivery inspections. * Assists with the cycle count process. Researches discrepancies and suggests necessary corrections. * Assist with returning obsolete parts. Monitors return aging parts on Return Tickets (RT's). * Maintains bins, aisles, and storage areas in the parts warehouse are clean, neat, and clearly labeled. * Follows safe work practices and procedures, uses safety equipment when required, responds to suggestions for working safely and seeks assistance when necessary. * Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications * Prefer one-year parts/warehouse related experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Most have good organizational skills. * Experience dealing with the public in sales/ service capacity. * Computer skills preferred.
