The Scheduling Coordinator will report directly to the Trust Resource Manager, this person will also work closely with the Manager and key niche/service leaders within the firm serve as an expert on project scheduling.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and utilize the scheduling system to input and track projects.

  • Establish procedures and time frames for input into the master schedule.

  • Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule.

  • Provide schedule metrics for input into overall project progress reporting.

  • Review and assess schedule artifacts in support of audit projects, proposal development, and baseline reviews.

  • Create schedule communications.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and client services or administrative services experience required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote team members and management.

  • Individual must be highly detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and help to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Proactive with strong organizational, writing and communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Display a commitment to acting in the best interest of the firm.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years Public Accounting Audit experience

  • Working knowledge of Workday

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $20/hr-$25/hr. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
