Position Summary Responsible for securing clinical, demographic, and financial information to accurately and efficiently schedule and pre-register patients for surgeries, diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient procedures under the direct supervision of the office supervisor/manager. Ensure responsiveness to customer needs. Position Requirements Education High School graduate or equivalent required. Medical terminology preferred. Experience One to two years medical /business office experience. Computer experience and keyboarding (typing) required. Experience in healthcare billing, collection, or registration preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Requires four months on-the-job training.

VIEW JOBS 1/17/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-04-16T00:00 Job Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain monthly crew schedules for current and future flying which comply with Federal Aviation Regulations, the Pilot and Flight Attendant contracts, and company policy. Make daily schedule adjustments for Pilots and Flight Attendants to ensure efficient flight operations due to flight time changes and/or irregular operations. Respond immediately to all operational irregularities and new flying requests to ensure the least impact to the customer and maximum revenue for our company. Responsible to ensure that each crew member is in compliance with all flight and duty time limits. Coordinate and monitor crew hotel and airlines reservations. Crew Schedulers work four ten hour shifts. Applicants must be prepared to work all shifts, all days. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: * Superior communication and customer service skills * Must be able to handle stressful situations * Advanced computer skills * High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: * Excellent attendance record * Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask Work Environment: * Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment * Work weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
