Monday - Friday from 9:30am 6pm

  • Interviewing patients to establish patient accounts and obtain necessary signatures for consents.

  • Providing information to patients.

  • You must follow Medical Center policies, procedures and processes and collect co-payments as needed.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

  • Must have previous Doctor's office or healthcare experience.

  • Must have strong customer service/organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment!

  • You must have a high school diploma or GED

  • You must pass a typing test prior to interviewing, 30wpm with 3 or fewer errors.

VIEW JOBS 11/12/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-10T00:00 Overview: Accountable for day-to-day activities required to create and maintain detailed production/supply schedules based on the master scheduling input or established pull signals. Point person between the supply organization and plant to clearly define / understand short term production issues and supply needs between the organizations. Utilizes detailed capacity plans, and interfaces with area managers and supervisors and/or production teams. Responsibilities: * Issue detailed schedule for each asset based on a final time-phased production plan. * Manage daily production schedules during planning horizon. * Manage production details in line with business strategy (cost, rate, inventory and uptime). * Assure schedule is continually maintained and communicated throughout the supply chain and operations. * Highlight and actively participate in the identification and resolution of inventory, customer order issues, and quality issues as they develop. Work closely with Master scheduler and order planning personnel. * Communicate production issues, supply changes, deviations from plan and potential resolutions to appropriate parties. * Coordinate secondary dispositioning and processing of finished product (e.g., rework and repackaging). * Manage performance standards and analysis methods to compare actual production performance against the established standards. Maintain and share metrics accordingly * Creating and Monitoring process orders & assuring closed as needed, accurate process orders are used to maintain system & data integrity and guide operations around daily production requirements * Primary interface between manufacturing and supply chain. Lead weekly production planning meeting * Works with manufacturing to optimize the plant schedule in alignment with manufacturing capabilities. * Coordinates the production planning with maintenance planning and scheduling needs. * Validate material availability against asset schedule and maximize inventory utilization for sales and market efficiencies Deliverables: * Valid Detailed Daily Schedule * Valid Master data (supports Daily Schedule and BOM and recipe) * Communication of Daily Schedule throughout the Tyvek Organization * Detailed Daily schedule adheres to policy/guidelines * Support process improvement for the production schedule Decisions: * Balance and reconcile production in short term horizon to meet customer requirements and manufacturing needs within policy. * Key issues to escalate based on policies Metrics/Performance: * Production Schedule Compliance (Performance & Stability) * Material Availability Date (MAD) * Process order compliance Skills/Experience: Required: * 1 - 3 Year equivalent SC or manufacturing plant experience with proven capability (Material Planner, First Line Supervisor, Product Planner/Coordinator, administrative, customer service representative) – Asset scheduling experience is preferred * Microsoft Office proficiency in Excel (ability to manage Pivot Tables, Lookups and spreadsheet creations at minimum) * Strong written and oral communication skills – Able to work well across roles with strong networking capability Preferred: * Detail scheduling experience using SAP and APO Training / Certifications * Six Sigma (Green Belt certification) * Complete the CPIM Part 1 course and pass the exam (either before or on the job) within first year * Material Planner or Asset Scheduling experience preferred Degree Requirements * Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or science field of study preferred Dupont De Nemours Inc.
