Interviewing for a Telephony VTC Scheduler I!
TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance necessary!Day Hours, M-F!Tier I, Help Desk Team-Provides technical Support and troubleshooting to network desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. 
-Interprets requests from customers and schedules their conference using Cisco Conferencing Configuration tools. 
-Modifies and adds endpoints /rooms to existing conferences. 
-Coordinates testing with meeting hosts during defined timeframes. 
-Schedules VTC calls for global customer base. 
-Performs VTC resource conflict resolution. 
-Coordinates resource availability with conference participants. HS/GD and 5 years of experience. OR BS and no experience needed!Need good communication skills, creative problem solving, Audio Visual Systems knowledge, and VTC familiarityIAT Level I cert needed. . Apply to dmagruder@flashtg.com or through our website at
