Our business thrives on achieving our commitments in a timely manner. The Scheduler 2 position is responsible for complex job assigning and follow-through with the technicians and managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and coordinates complex jobs and customers with multiple accounts.

  • Uses good judgment to ensure schedules use appropriate resources efficiently.

  • Tracks technician call backs, check colllection, commissions and reports as assigned.

  • Notifies management of subcontractors that do not meet Vector policies/procedures.

  • Monitors and tracks daily activities and reassigns as needed.

  • Resolves more complex customer issues.
