As a CPM Scheduler, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Prepare, track, and update multiple detailed project schedules, resource plans, and cost budgeting from Contract Documents, estimates, drawings, and reports.
Interact with project team members during project planning and design development, review of site-specific conditions, and review of construction change orders for incorporation into the project schedule.
Project resource and cost loading - allocation and distribution of estimated man-hours and cost by activity for each discipline involved in the project
Attend project meetings and support the client project management personnel's requests for reports and/or graphics.
Visit job site monthly to inspect physical work completed, address out-of-sequence logic, verify construction progress, and update project schedules.
Communicate effectively, possess good interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
4+ years of construction CPM scheduling experience working with Oracle Primavera P6.
Transportation related scheduling experience is preferred.
Experience with preparation of time, resource, cost, and earned value reports.
