Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scenario Generation Analyst III to join our team in Herndon, VA.
Description:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in military science, operations research, computer science, or related discipline with 9 years of experience. (Can be substituted for a HS diploma with 13 years of experience or an Associates with 11 years of experience.)
4 years of experience in scenario generation, wargaming, or related fields, preferably within the DoD or Defense industry.
2 years of experience with DoD Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) and wargaming processes.
Strong knowledge of military operations, tactics, and doctrine. Familiarity with wargaming methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in military science, operations research, computer science, or related discipline.
Experience with computer-based wargaming tools and simulations.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in wargaming and simulation.
Certification in wargaming or related fields.
Clearance Requirements:
The ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance is required prior to starting this position.
Must be a US Citizen.
Physical Requirements:
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
