DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Federal-Mogul's Powertrain Division is looking for a SCE Warehouse Analyst that will be responsible for working as part of the SAP Maintenance team, accountable for resolving SCE, WM & related issues. This person will become a valued member of our Informational Technology Department, where we strive to promote from within wherever possible; therefore, opportunities for advancement are strong. This position will be relocating to Northville, Michigan in later 2019.
An ideal candidate for this position is a candidate who possesses a bachelor's degree in Informational Technology or an equivalent degree and at least 5-7 years of working experience. Strong attention to detail, significant capability, drive, and initiative to create and manage own work agenda are all necessary qualifications for this position.

Work as part of the SAP Maintenance team, accountable for resolving SCE, WM & related issues
Identify root cause for recurring issues, make/implement proposals for their elimination
Assist or take responsibility for estimating and conducting development work end to end (requirement analysis, estimates, functional spec, testing, etc.)
Ensure system changes conform to the Global Template
Manage and support Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes, integration with MM, PP, & SD.
Responsible for the integration of mobility (Ex RF or Smart devices) with SCE, PTP, PP processes
Responsible for supporting Label solutions in respective processes (internal/Customer standards)
Design solutions to enable these processes in SAP, using SAP application functionalities and avoiding as much as possible any development
Document process, configuration, and user instructions
Assist or take responsibility for conducting key or end-user trainings
Assist with estimating work requests; service level measurement.
Manage the Solution, Monitoring for supported interfaces. Coordination with partners, manage enhancements and provide support.
Report key issues to the management
Provide On-call support during weekends & holidays when needed.
Bachelor's degree in Informational Technology or an equivalent degree; SAP certification in WM or LE preferred
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
5-7 years SAP experience incorporating 2-3 full project lifecycles
Minimum of 5 years' experience configuration and implementation of WM associated solutions (PP, MM, SD, LE)
Good understanding of the standard SAP solution set
Knowledge of RF Connectivity and solutions
Create / understand info-sets and SAP Queries
Capable to debug, run system traces and understand the results
Global supply chain planning experience
Strong knowledge of the related business end to end processes (Planning to produce, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay)
Able to Work in close integration with the other SAP design team member to ensure the integration of the overall solution
Deep analytical ability and strong will to architect best in class solutions
Previously worked in a truly global capacity and able to demonstrate the challenges and opportunities this presents
Experience working with a multiple and formal change control process
Ability to Work independently to develop Design & Analysis documents and Functional Specifications
Willingness to adhere to a standard, global template and govern the consistency of the global process model.
Able to operate with MS Word, Excel, Power-point etc.
Manage and function well under tight timeframes - manage multiple priorities concurrently
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Spanish Language (working with our Mexico business partners)
Ability to adapt communication according to the audience: from pure business to technical
Ability to interact strongly with the business, identify opportunities for improvement and influence necessary business change as required
