CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access and Polygraph; All information must appear in JPAS - Investigation and Polygraph must be within scope (5 Years) Exceptional candidates without a polygraph may be considered with the understanding that you must submit to and successfully pass a polygraph

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expert analysis and reporting in response to time sensitive requirements for support to Army and Intelligence community customers

  • Prepare analytical products and reports in response to requests for information

  • Work effectively as a member of a diverse team, giving and receiving effective feedback

  • Prepare and conduct briefings on ongoing analysis and product development

  • Participate in reviews and assessments of current intelligence tools, processes, tactics, techniques, and procedures

  • Conduct data manipulation and research across multiple databases

  • Conduct deep-packet analysis to determine anomalous and malicious network behavior

  • Analyze network intrusions and create network defense signatures.

  • Perform basic malware analysis and report findings

  • Participate in tool development across the intelligence

  • Analyze network intrusions in order to create network defense signatures

  • Identify the difference between anomalous and malicious network activity

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma with formal military training and experience in SIGINT analysis and production at the tactical and/or strategic level Required; Bachelor Degree - Desired

  • Must have experience writing SIGINT Product Reports

  • Strong understanding and application of computer networking and telecommunication architecture, the OSI model, communication protocols, and common hacker TTPs

  • Must have familiarity with malware analysis/triage

  • Must have a strong understanding and application of computer network-based research, analysis, and Intrusion Detection Systems

  • Must have training and experience with necessary SIGINT tools and databases

  • Must be capable of protocol and network traffic analytic tool development

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work in fast-paced, highly visible position while dealing with customers at all levels are highly desirable

Journeyman Eight (8) to Twelve (12) Years Experience

VIEW JOBS 10/18/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-16T00:00 Description Job Description: Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Analyst to support the BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge IT) Program supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Northern Virginia. As the Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Analyst, you will be expected to utilize your experience to provide hands on quality assurance and quality control functions within the respective Portfolio. You will be responsible for developing procedures, performing audits, generating audit reports and tracking discrepancies, recording and tracking program metrics including defects, conducting root cause analysis investigations, and ensuring adherence to the quality standards for the program. You will participate in acceptance tests and production validation, and conduct Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) events within the respective portfolio/across portfolios. Primary responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of procedures and plans (e.g. QA Plan, QA Surveillance Plan [QASP] corrective action plans) for assuring quality products and services in an agile environment within the respective Portfolio * Perform audits, reviews, and inspections of software program activities to make sure they comply with program processes and ISO 9001/2000 standards * Establish processes to continually improve the effectiveness of a Quality Management System (QMS) in support of CBP's operating model * Analyze defects in conjunction with System Engineering and Software Plans to drive improvements in the verification & validation of requirements * Establishes and maintains strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that the objectives are understood and incorporated into a framework of continuous improvement * Perform Root Cause Analysis and Investigations of non-compliant items * Review CDRLs and product deliverables for compliance and quality * Maintain the Analysis and Corrective Action System database * Conduct CPI events within the respective portfolio/across portfolios * Witness formal testing Basic Qualifications * Knowledge of ISO 9001 /20000 standards * Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies * Strong communication and writing skills * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases * Ability to obtain a Public Trust suitability determination * U.S. Citizenship Preferred Qualifications * Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma * Familiarity with the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) * Familiarity with the Federal Government work environment.
