Vernovis is searching for consultants for upcoming long-term contract positions with the opportunity for hire for SCCM Consultants.
The System Center Configuration Manager Administrator will be responsible for performing all aspects of SCCM planning, setup, deployment and maintenance.
Heres what youll do:
Responsible for supporting Microsoft Systems Center including install, configuration and infrastructure.
Deploy corporate operating system images, application lifecycle management for Microsoft and third party patching.
Maintain a system image inventory.
Reporting on compliance and patch levels.
Implementing Endpoint Protection for managed PCs
Identifying and configuring methods for distribution and management of content used for deployments

Heres what youll have:
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management and will possess the following skills:
Extensive experience with Microsoft SCCM
Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience implementing and supporting Microsoft desktop environments
Demonstrated proficiency in supporting:
Windows 7 and future versions;
Microsoft Office 2010;
Understanding of Active Directory concepts and administration
Microsoft certification or A+ certification a plus
Excellent communication skills
Able to work on-site in Columbus, Ohio.
