Responsibilities:
Responsible for the utilization of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to manage the console, track deployments, and provide reports to our Client
Leverages applicable aspects of your AGILE and ITIL expertise into a Client's Release and Deployment process
Identifies and offers improvement and enhancement suggestions to a Client's Release process and works with the Client to implement changes
Utilizes programming constructs such as Visual Basic or PowerShell to facilitate customized deployments
Prepares and maintains communication templates for all deployment activities, as well as operates and updates web and/or SharePoint portals with associated information
Utilizes multiple development methods and practices, specifically with Agile and DevOps

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, and at least 2 years of SCCM or Microsoft System Administrator experience
Or a High school diploma/GED, and at least 5 years of SCCM or Microsoft System Administrator experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) along with ability to manage the console and track deployments
Experience supporting software environments and release deployment in a similar environment (minimum of 4,000 workstations and 1,000 servers) and have orchestrated and executed complex releases and updates in both environments
AGILE and ITIL expertise
Demonstrated knowledge of programming constructs such as Visual Basic or PowerShell
Experience preparing and maintaining communications templates for all deployment activities, as well as operate and update web and/or SharePoint portals with associated information
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

ITIL Foundations v3 Certification
MS Shell scripting and PowerShell experience
