Role: SCCM Endpoint Engineer (Need Local Resources)
Location: Plano, TX
Interview: F2F is mandatory

Job Description:
Endpoint engineer with a minimum of 3 years Engineering experience with Overall 5+ years of experience.
Fluent in PowerShell scripting language, additional scripting language would be added advantage.
Familiar with SCCM (comparable software packaging and deployment tool experience may suffice, but they will need to function quickly in an SCCM environment).
Comprehensive understanding of patch management, endpoint protection, scripting/automation and software packaging technologies and processes
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Solid documentation skills familiar with Visio and Microsoft office products for this purpose.
Basic understanding of ITIL based Change Management and how serious change management is.
Prior experience with operations groups is preferred (help desk, desktop support, Level 2 escalations for systems and services etc.)

Overview The Global Customer Services team is looking for an experienced Director of Endpoint Support to lead Palo Alto Networks' growing support organization in the Endpoint Detection and Response space. You understand not only Cybersecurity, but also the growing Endpoint Security space with both cloud and on-premise solutions. Preferred Locations ● Santa Clara, California – Palo Alto Networks' headquarters - Preferred ● Plano, Texas Responsibilities As a leader, you will be responsible for splitting your time between Customer Support and post-sales functions. You will be a thought leader in the Endpoint support business, with the ability to guide both technical and business teams in covering customer demand. This role will have global strategic reach, working with other organizations to set the process and direction of the Endpoint Support for the global teams, and direct operational responsibility for support delivery for the Americas. You should be able to communicate both up to leadership, as well as to your team. You'll be a cross-organizational leader. Represent Customer Service in cross-functional departmental meetings. Your success will depend on how you engage the various teams relevant to your business: Product Management, Engineering, DevOps and Sales. You should be comfortable presenting to customers in both reactive and proactive modes. You'll know the difference between customers that require very little assistance and how to support them, to customers that engage your teams heavily.
