Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scaled Agile Process Analyst to join our team in the DMV area. We have opportunities in the Washington, DC area as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland. If you are looking for an opportunity in any of those locations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Improve and implement processes within a Scaled Agile Framework environment.

  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement utilizing Agile Methodologies.

  • Work closely with teams to gather requirements and define process objectives, as well as develop and initiate process improvement.

  • Play a key role in training and coaching IIC members regarding Agile practices and ensuring compliance with Scaled Agile principles

  • Translates identified operational needs into a specific roadmap for the Agile Development Team to deliver effective processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of additional experience may be used in lieu of required degree.

  • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

  • DoD 8570.01-m- IAT Level II Certification must be obtained within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development.

  • Experience in an Agile development environment.

  • Relevant industry standard certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework Agilest.

Clearance Requirements:

  • This role requires an active Top Secret

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
