Scaffold Leadman

• Compensation Range: $25 +/ hr DOE & Project

Heat Tech Industrial (HTI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Scaffold Leadman to join our team. As a Scaffold Leadman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our Scaffolding services. Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of scaffolders, assigning tasks and providing guidance
• Plan and prepare scaffolds in accordance with project requirements
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure scaffolds are erected and dismantled in a safe and timely manner
• Monitor and maintain scaffold inventory, ordering materials as needed
• Train new scaffolders and provide ongoing training for existing team members

Requirements

• Construction industry experience is a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with both cuplock and ringlock
• Strong knowledge of scaffold construction and safety regulations
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and engineered scaffold designs
• MSHA/OSHA 10 minimum
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
• Valid scaffolding certification (e.g. CISRS)
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean record
• Preference given to US Citizens
• This is a physically demanding job, role requires reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, bending, squatting. Work will be both indoors and outdoors.
