Qualifications and Detail about the Position

Summary:

Broad Function

The Scaffold Designer is responsible for supporting internal and external customers by creating efficient scaffold build designs per customer requirements which follow industry safety standards. This position assists Brock operations build and maintains analytic solutions to measure production and KPI's for small and large-scale products.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

  • Promote, demonstrate, and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.

  • Work with internal and external customers to build and interpret design requirements.

  • Perform Scaffold Design tasks utilizing Avontus Scaffold Designer, CAD Programs, and other design tools for small to large scale projects.

  • Provide and develop analytical data reporting on various Project management KPI's and informative measures.

  • Coordinate flow of designs to External teams.

  • Provide design deliverables in a timely, accurate, and safe manner.

Working Conditions

  • Working indoors in an office environment.

  • Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment as necessary.

  • Frequent travel as required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of scaffold building/industrial maintenance experience.

  • Knowledge of all safety regulations, processes, and procedures for scaffold planning and building.

  • Experience with Avontus Products preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.

  • Experience with Relational Databases.

  • Experience with SQL Queries.

  • Experience with CAD Programs.
