Responsibilities & Duties
Attend trainings and meetings as assigned.
Comply with Bank's established loan policies and procedures.
Comply with SBA guideline and requirements.
Comply with regulatory requirements including Bank Secrecy Act-Anti Money Laundering, OFAC, US Patriot Act, Privacy Act and Community Reinvestment Act.
Proper record keeping of relevant documents as assigned.
Provide quality customer service (internal & external) to various inquiries and prepare necessary approvals.
Order various reports from using required operating systems.
Follow up on due diligence items, documents, verification documents.
Collect pending items required by loan covenants such as annual tax returns and evidence of property taxes.
Conduct post default due diligence, including making collection calls and sending demand letter.
Participate in audit follow ups and portfolio management.
Communicate with involved parties on an assigned loan as the primary contact for the Bank.
Collect and analyze relevant information for loan workout.
Present various credit recommendations and underwrite loan workout in related to problem loans.
Identify and report to appropriate channels any significant document discrepancies pertaining to loan and collateral.
Follow up and monitor various loan reports.
Understand SBA Portfolio Analyst's responsibility and ready to be the back-up.
Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
