GENERAL SUMMARY/BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB: Provides overall administrative and clinical supervision for SASS Mental Health Workers; manages the scheduling, work assignment, coaching, performance evaluation and time recording of mental health workers; provides and oversees culturally-appropriate screening, assessment, and supportive services for severely emotionally-disturbed youth who are eligible for SASS services; ensures the quality standards of all mental health services provided meet SASS guidelines; performs other related duties as required.
Works on a rotating on-call shift including weekends and holidays.

Program Manager/Director Provides Supervision to: SASS Mental Health Workers MINIMUM EDUCATION: Must have a BA or BS degree with a major in social services or a related field.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: At least two years experience in the mental field is desired.
Should have experience in leading or co-leading groups and good verbal and written skills.
Must be culturally competent.
