Enterprise Horizon has an urgent need for a SAP User Management key personnel for a Navy project in San Diego, CA. Work will be 100% on site Monday-Friday.


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least five (5) years of experience on at least one SAP implementation as a User Management lead using Access Enforcer. Specific experience in N-ERP highly desired.
  • Experience managing user role mapping; identifying role separation of duty conflicts; validating user eligibility requirements; training users on business rules; and requirements and business rules for business office roles, including roles granted access to backend tables.
  • Experience providing plain English overviews of SAP roles to process owners, obtain votes on new rules, and communicate ERP role changes to multiple user communities.
  • Experience managing a multi-tiered user management tool, including developing requirements, managing change requests, and managing user access to the tool.

Military Installation Access: This position resides on a military installation in San Diego, CA.

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to pass a background check required.

Northrop Grumman's Aeronautics Sector is seeking a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to be responsible for Human Systems Integration (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) activities. Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Roles and responsibilities include: * Prepare and Brief customer events * Develop Graphical User Interface (GUI) Designs * Lead Design Reviews * Lead the Design Approval process across SEIT-SW-HSI, PO, Operators * Perform Operator Impact Analysis * Perform Task Analysis * Perform MIL-STD-1472 Analysis * Develop Design Decision Documents (DDDs) * Develop User Interface Design Documents (UIDDs) * Managing, Planning, and re-Planning * Develop Cost estimates Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 9 years of related experience; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD * Experience in Human Factors Engineering/ Human Systems Integration * Experience with deriving hardware and software requirements, design, development and support of system integration activities * Must have a Top Secret clearance * Must have the ability to obtain restricted program access Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge and experience with tactical data link (TDL) MIL standards and requirements * Systems Engineering 'V' model knowledge Northrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
