SAP Training Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Instructional Designer with proven leadership in developing and delivering training curriculum, course outlines, job aids, manuals, demos, knowledge checks and other products.

Prepares simulations using SAP Enable Now or comparable screen capture tools.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Deploying standards to facilitate sustainment

• Conducting instructor led and web based training.

• Operational knowledge of the ADDIE (analysis, design, development) method.

• Interacting with IBM and client leadership to deploy training programs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 6+ years experience in instructional design & training development

• 3+ years experience using SAP Enable Now or equivalent tools developing web-based training courses with scripting / recording system simulations

• 2+ years experience with SuccessFactors or equivalent tools

• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of training methodologies and tools such as ADDIE

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years demonstrated experience in providing training solutions for IT user communities.

Must be able to clear a DoD clearance - US Citizenship Required

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 6+ years experience developing training for large-scale SAP implementations

• 6+ years client management and communication skills

• Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP

• Mapping business processes using Visio, PowerPoint, Mural, or similar programs

• Able to function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

• Federal experience
