Work You'll Do

At Deloitte, you will work with the best in the business to solve their toughest problems. As a SAP Sustainability Senior Manager, you will manage large teams focused on building data driven solutions and deliver large complex SAP sustainability client engagements. You will contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

• Manage engagement risk and project economics

• Drive pursuit teams, guide proposal development, and contribute to pricing strategy

• Drive go-to-mark strategy, and delivery of SAP Sustainability technology engagements

• Develop SAP solutions, methodologies, and "Thoughtware" at the intersection of SAP and sustainability

• Train, mentor, and advise our people working at the intersection of SAP and sustainability

The team

The SAP Sustainability Senior Manager will join a dynamic team focused on building data-driven considerations into client sustainability solutions. Deloitte' Sustainability practice catalyzes large-scale change addressing the climate crisis, increasing social inclusion, and fostering leading governance practices that embed stakeholder capitalism into organizational operations. Deloitte's SAP Sustainability team helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation.

Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications. We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react in digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions to promote sustainability. Our professionals have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and committed thought pioneers.

Qualifications

Required:

• 12+ years' relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry

• Experience leading at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementations from planning through go-live

• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP sustainability solutions (e.g., SAP Sustainability Control Tower, SAP Responsible Design and Production, SAP Sustainability Footprint Management, SAP Environment, Health & Safety Management (EHS)

• SAP OTC knowledge and experience

• SAP Public Cloud experience

• S/4 HANA implementation experience

• Experience leading presales, proposals, and RFPs

• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Desired:

• Prior "Big 4" consulting experience

• Experience delivering projects using SAP ASAP & Agile methodologies

• Experience with regulatory compliance

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders within organizations and across sectors

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and sustainability reporting frameworks across local, state, and federal levels

• Master's degree in a relevant field

Wages + Salary

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
