Job Summary

As an SAP SCM Solution Lead, you will be a key player in the Morton intelligent enterprise team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options, and makes recommends to our internal customers. As a lead you will align technology and business strategy working together with our internal customer gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology, SAP best practices, business changes to achieve defined business goals. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of our global business.

You'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation from SAP APO to SAP IBP and from SAP ECC to S/4HANA where it impacts the supply chain planning processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• SAP application design, development, integration, testing, deployment and support for the current SAP APO environment and the future SAP IBP environment.

• Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business.

• Implement newly improved Supply Chain Planning and cross-functional business processes based on business requirements.

• Support the current SAP APO Environment and prepare for a transformation to SAP IBP and S/4HANA.

• As a subject matter expert, you will provide end user support and process improvement requests in the areas of SAP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Distribution, and gATP.

• Collaborate with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, makes recommendations based on expertise and implements agreed upon and approved solutions.

• Design, implement, monitor and manage data integration between SAP systems using Core Interface (CIF)

• Analyzing and diagnosing issues with planning engine output (Heuristic, CTM, Optimizer).

• Other duties as assigned.

• Travel as needed up to 25%. Additional travel possible depending on location and projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Confident and client facing personality with excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Experience with project management highlighting strong planning and coordination skills.

• Experience and desire to work in a transformative environment that requires travel depending on location and projects.

• Strong SAP configuration knowledge and business processes in SAP APO including building blocks, books, data loading, statistical forecasting methods, disaggregation factors, reports, and authorization.

• Experience with macros and alerts, forecast errors, creation and monitoring of background jobs and process chains, demand release to SNP, Master data and transactional data that support DP, SNP, gATP

• Experience creating storage bucket profiles, planning areas, initialize planning areas, creation time / planning bucket profiles, maintain forecast profiles and generate forecast profiles, MRP and process manufacturing.

• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in SAP Demand/Supply Chain Planning, Distribution and gATP including business systems analysis, solution design, application development and deployment of major Enterprise solutions.

• Experience in master data and its role in enabling systems.

• Experience in leading practices.

• Experience with functional design and configuration of IT Applications.

• Experience with end-user support for SAP and non-SAP systems providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience.

• Speaking / Writing in Spanish and / or French are a plus.
