Responsibilities:

To assist the business in ensuring data quality and integrity across key business functions spanning Source to Pay, Plan to Produce, and Order to Cash workstreams.

Specific Job Function:

  • Responsible for creating, modifying, and marking for deletion/archive data within SAP S4HC in accordance with Culligan data standards and policies.

  • In collaboration with business leads, define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.

  • Responsible for quality, accuracy, completeness of the data.

  • Responsible for enforcement of business rules, policies and standards for data objects.

  • Support Business Team when data issues identified during processing of business activities (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Production Orders, etc.)

  • Work closely with the business and IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application(s) meet business requirements

  • Conduct data cleansing to rid the system of old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.

  • Work with Culligan Business Process Leads to augment existing master data when existing or new capabilities are enhanced or added as Culligan expands its use of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Business Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Sales 1 to 3 years
  • ERP System usage experience (Advanced business processor/super user skills, SAP S4HC preferred: SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, S/4 HANA Cloud 1 to 2 years
  • ERP System IT Development or Support Experience with ERP systems 1 year or more

Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position:

  • Detailed knowledge of Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master; working knowledge of Purchasing InfoRecords, Pricing Condition Records, Bills of Materials (Sales & Manufacturing)

  • Collaboration skills and an inquisitive business nature to facilitate cross process area issues which arrive in the data space.

  • Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced skills to include; VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables & Reporting, Intermediate Macro Development (VBA a plus), data analysis, data manipulation, etc.

Position Summary: Participate in diverse and interesting projects that combine operations research, optimization, and simulation. Provide structured and creative analysis to identify distribution network improvement opportunities and to support our future growth strategies. Accomplishes team objectives by actively engaging with other functions in the business to validate modelling scenarios is representative of the real-world operations. Become an expert user of the Llamasoft supply chain software as the primary modelling tool for scenario modelling.
