Minimum 3 years - experience as SuccessFactors Solutions Architect
Minimum 3 end to end global implementation of all the major modules (listed under technical/functional skill section) of SuccessFactors product platform
Lead presales engagement by assisting with RFP, conducting presentations and effort assessments
Work with various internal teams ? sales and delivery teams for proposal development, and delivery transition
Experience with one or more of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, onboarding, Performance Management, Goals Management, Compensation Management, Learning, Succession and Career Development Planning, Workforce Planning & Analytics.
ERP integration with SuccessFactors using various integration technologies like Dell Boomi, HCI, PI etc.

Experience supporting global (on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide delivery engagements
Lead development of SAP Successfactor solution design to meet business requirements
Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.
Assist clients in comparison of SAP HCM application solutions and SuccessFactors HR application solutions and making recommendations as to the best-fit for the client?s needs
Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.
