SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central EC Consultant (local to Indianapolis preferred)
Role Responsibilities

  • Configuration of portlets, XML, MDF Objects, Workflows, Business Rules, Picklists, Associations

  • Execute data load into EC and issue resolution

  • Create reports in EC using simple tools and ORD
    -Test and resolve issues with interfaces and reports

  • Issue resolution during Iteration testing and UAT

    Requirements:
    SuccessFactors EC certification and at least 2 recent EC implementations experience as key resource
    Must be a team player

    Aptitude for consulting
    o Ability to define systems requirements, design and prototype business processes, test complex functionality and train others
    o Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines.
    o Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team

    o Ability to travel 80-100% (Or, local to Indianapolis area preferred)
    o Strong desire to excel; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent and Public Sector Experience highly desirable

VIEW JOBS 10/23/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-21T00:00 Primary Purpose: Under general supervision, works and primarily supports the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) client/server enterprise application (e.g. Microsoft D365 for Finance & Operations). Responsible for software integration, external interface development, and technical documentation. Designs and develops all aspects of data entities and data entity extensions. Partner with Business clients and/or internal IT staff to collect requirements, tests/debug programs, and maintains/supports deployed ERP solution and related applications. Working with internal IT staff, code/develop solutions, configure interfaces/hardware, document application specifications/manuals, and adhere to internal development processes and application lifecycle guidelines.   Responsibilities / Duties: 45% Design, code, customize, test, and deploy moderately complex computer programs to support, enhance or streamline enterprise and integration applications. Assure that software application design and implementation are consistent with the security and technology strategy for infrastructure and application architecture.   20% Liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners on ERP related issues, enhancements and problems. Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders relating to open issues, enhancements and configuration relating to the ERP system. 10% Provide techno/functional insight & leadership to help best align business requirements with out of the box system features and functionality. Examine ways to optimize the use of the application while maintaining a mindset to limit technical debt by reducing the need for customizations. Prepare clear analysis, documentation and system diagrams as required. 10% Manage assigned tasks, requirements analysis, technical architecture design, technical documentation, business logic development, and code performance optimization. 10% Provide technical training and support. 5% Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Degree/Certification/Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related business/technical discipline is required. A minimum of 5+ years Dynamics AX technical design and development experience (X++, C#, SSRS and BI development). Candidates should have participated in a minimum of 3-4 MS full life cycle Dynamics AX implementations projects in a role of a Developer, Technical consultants or Technical Architect. Experience in MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and D365 for Finance & Operations. Experience with Visual Studio and in .NET development. Experience in upgrading to the latest releases of Dynamics AX (code and data upgrade). Experience in complex data migration (using DIXF, third party tools, Atlas and custom development). Experience in complex integration development (web services, DIXF, .net custom client-server applications, knowledge of standard web services and integration protocols -- oData, SOAP, JSON, REST, SSIS, direct SQL, Azure logic apps). Experience in performance optimization (X++ application code, troubleshooting AX components, AXPerf, LCS Environment monitoring, SQL performance optimization). Experience in environment and release management (ALM, TFS, Build processes, Environment management, Installation and configuration of AX and related components). Experience with two or more MS Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Projects, and other modules. Professional certificates or advanced degrees are desirable.   Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Solid technology skills with emphasis on Microsoft based technologies to include most (but not necessarily all) -- database modeling / design (Microsoft SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Views, SSRS), development frameworks and methodologies (.NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, X++, MVC, HTML, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, Style Sheets, XML and XSD, IIS, JSP, Object Oriented Design, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Software support tools (Visual Studio, SQL Server Enterprise Manager), Application integration frameworks (BizTalk, Web Services, Microsoft SSIS), Software Testing and Configuration Management tools and techniques. Competent to work on most phases of applications programming activities (analysis, design, testing, deployment) including documentation and technical writing. General experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and formal change management procedures. Demonstrates principles of quality customer service, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and flexible enough to work with different technical skill levels and skill sets.
