This is for a SAP SuccessFactors Architect Must know SF role design, with expertise in HR and payroll processes, as well as EC Must understand SAP HCM and HR role design
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform design work and role creation and modifications in SuccessFactors and SAPECC HR.
Utilize and apply best practices based on experience and in consultation with experts.
Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and the ability to research & apply leading industry practices
Perform modification as needed to SAP HCM roles as a transition to SuccessFactors is implemented
Be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables
Define the content and flow of deliverables of all functional teams to meet engagement objectives and budget
Provide technical and functional solutions to enhance the efficiency of HCM applications. These solutions include the development of subsystems, configuration, and extension of the core application as well as the development of interfaces to external systems
Provide Technology Solutions to advance the Business and set technical priorities, standards and procedures and provide expertise around technology, business process, application development, project quality, systems validation, and training in support of SAP and Success Factors
Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors COE
Build and maintain relationships with key users, business personnel, SMEs and project team
Skills and Experience
Must Have -
4 to 5 years of Experience in SuccessFactors projects
Experience with one or more full Life-Cycle Implementations of SuccessFactors
Experience in, the area of, SAP on-premise HCM, SuccessFactors Modules: Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing, Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development and Payroll Employee Central, PM/GM, onboarding and compensation and its integration with each other as well as SAP and non-SAP systems.
Thorough understanding of the multiple SuccessFactors modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
Deep knowledge and experience in integration between SuccessFactors and SAP /Non-SAP
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), training, knowledge transfer, and deployment
Ability to work with the multicultural and multi-locational team.
Collaborative and team player
Experience in Chemical and Polymers Industries
Certified in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation Management
Education and or Training
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or off-set by additional years of work experience in the SAP and SuccessFactors area
SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules are preferred
