Job Description:

SAP Security Sr. Analyst manages the execution of SAP Security reporting approach and adoption, including risk assessment processes, continuous monitoring, training and reporting

  • Train users in IT processes and procedures; provide assistance during external and internal audits

  • Lead workshops and team discussions in SAP security

  • Integrate security governance within overall control environment, lead change and sustain activities with the impacted parties

  • Interaction with audit, risk, and control personnel to explain and evaluate the structure and design of security processes

  • Management of the SAP security standards, providing direction and technical assistance to IT teams, control teams and key business users. Execution of the quarterly SOX reviews

  • Define and maintain SAP security standards

  • Monitor the security design for Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX), including Segregation of Duties (SoD) and business/ technical sensitive transactions

  • Work with SAP Security Governance team to evaluate business risks associated with security design and make design decisions that address those risks through cross-team security ticket process

  • Manage internal/ external audit relationships to maintain a positive outlook on the progression of SAP Security processes

  • Work with Controls Governance and IT teams to ensure a holistic approach is taken to remediate Corporate Audit findings

  • Train users in IT processes and procedures; provide assistance during external and internal audits

  • Interaction with audit, risk and quality personnel to explain and evaluate the structure and design of security processes

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in implementing SAP Security and Controls

  • Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations

  • Broad understanding of Sarbanes Oxley compliance and COSO framework. Familiarity with audit, business controls, and segregation of duties is a plus

  • Deep understanding of principles of risk and control processes in general and a general understanding of business and IT process areas within the PepsiCo (e.g. Supply Chain, Finance, Go-To-Market)

  • Possess extensive knowledge about the SAP authorization concept and prior experience in security role design and SOD mitigation

  • Knowledge of SAP ECC, BI, CRM, XI, HANA, GRC

Information Security SAP Sr Analyst: This role support in the execution of day-to-day activities for SAP Security deliverables for the PGT PBNA Deployment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with SAP Security project lead to determine priorities of work intake from the project team to ensure that requirements are reviewed and solutions developed and implemented according to the project timelines. The role will also closely work with the PMO, functional, technical and control teams to provide training on security work intake processes and provide periodic updates on activities. * Implements SAP security strategic plan and engineers solutions in line with those priorities * Collaborates with consulting teams on project execution * Reinforce correct SAP security procedures with project teams and third-party provider teams * Develops test cases, performs unit testing, and resolves issues * Ensures SOX controls compliance by executing SAP security sector procedures * Maintains documentation of changes (users, roles, modifications) for audit purposes * Delivers SAP security audit reports * Creates and delivers training to users, support desk, security support analyst and administrators * Reviews OSS Notes, security patches; implements and tests those patches * Establish project deliverables and priorities working closely with PMO * Ensures team success through organizational, functional, and team alignment towards team mission and objectives Qualifications/Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science (or equivalent) Experience: * 6 years of SAP security experience * Knowledge of SAP security authorization concept, as well as design and implementation methodology * SAP security transactions and SAP GRC experience * Technical proficiency with security build and requirements analysis/definition across multiple SAP systems (e.g., S4 HANA, ECC, BI/BW, CRM, SCM, Process Orchestration, Fiori, SAP HANA etc.) * Understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties (SoD), sensitive transactions analysis, basic SAP development (e.g., ABAP integration points), SAP modules, SAP Transport Management System, SAP Web Application Server, NetWeaver, HANA * Analytical, motivated, and self-confident with communication to business users, IT partners, and managers Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
