Job Summary

Crowe is seeking an SAP Security and Controls Consulting Manager to help support our Technology, Media & Telecommunications clients. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and lead IT Consulting engagements to ensure high quality delivery within the project budget including budget status tracking, billing, and collection analysis

  • Provide risk assessments on security controls and implement industry best practices for change management, segregation of duties, etc.

  • Perform detailed analysis on SAP systems and ensure compliance

Qualifications

Educational and Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree required. Major in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems is preferred.

  • 5-8 years working in IT audit, consulting, assurance services, or related field, either in professional services or industry.

  • Minimum of 3 years of SAP security and controls consulting or auditing.

  • Professional Certification such as CPA, CIA, CISM or CISA required.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Security and business process controls experience with SAP ECC, S/4 HANA or BW

  • Thorough understanding of the SAP system and its data flows

  • Technical skills in SAP security administration, configuration controls, application controls, report baselining, interface reviews, configuration reviews or system implementations

  • Project management and supervisory experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact in a team environment and foster client relationships

Travel Requirements:
Up to 60%. This position may require national or international travel.

The Enterprise Technology Audit Group is comprised of four teams responsible for IT Governance, Information Security, Infrastructure and CIO Applications. The IT Governance are looking to fill an Audit Manager position to support the coverage of the IT Governance, Risk Management, Access Management and Application Development to include evaluating systems development life cycle, change management, computer operations, and information security risks and controls focused primarily on the application and database layer. As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will: * Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. * Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. Required Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following audit or risk functions: covering risk identification, mitigation and management (includes audit, legal, operational risk, compliance risk, credit risk, market risk, technology risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for risk.) * 2+ years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications * Experience at a financial institution or accounting firm * A BS/BA degree or higher * Solid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting tools * Understanding of financial regulatory environment * Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CISA or Commissioned Bank Examiner designation * Knowledge and understanding of audit methodologies and tools that support audit processes * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important * Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities * Solid problem solving skills * Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Other Desired Qualifications * 8+ years of increasing responsibilities within IT audit, including experience leading and supervising audits (external and/or internal) * Knowledge of information security management frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ISO 2700x, ITIL, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SANS Top 20 Critical Security Controls). * Experience analyzing and prioritizing threats and vulnerabilities; developing and implementing information security/technology policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to prevent unauthorized use, release, modification, or destruction of data; and/or conducting information technology architecture reviews and risk assessments. * High –energy self-starter who thrives in large, complex environments and challenging situations; must have the ability to adapt to change quickly and adjust work in a positive, professional manner; ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple time constraints.
