The team


Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

  • Finance

  • Supply Chain

  • Customer and Sales Operations

  • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)


  • Functional/technical proficiency with at least 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 8+ years of industry and/or consulting experience

  • At least 8 years of SAP experience implementing SAP SD

  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

  • Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead or Project Manager on at least 3+ full cycle implementations

  • Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career

  • Strong current hands-on configuration and design skills

  • Ability to travel 80-100% is REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

  • Master's degree preferred

Purpose and Objectives Promotes SAP Concur revenue and acceleration growth leveraging SAP's engagement programs and market resources. Create visibility and alignment across leaders and field with both GCO and Concur owners. * Tailor Market Unit programs and initiatives to Regional and Market opportunity - i.e. Detect in NA. * Develop initiatives focused on penetration into identified opportunities: Top Target Campaigns, Account Planning, Conversion, Industry, and Customer Expansion. * Determines trends, traits and nature of specific markets and pull forward key themes from GCO and Concur to build alignment and GTM * Increase Concur brand, mindshare and enablement of GCO Field Organization. Measure key metrics (GCO Targets, SAP Acceleration New Business and Conversion Pipeline). Identify progress and gaps with stakeholders. * Support strategic growth and governance with Market Unit Leadership. Plan and deliver enablement that increases Concur IQ and SAP IQ. Increase Concur knowledge and brand in new groups inside GCO. * Develop opportunity with regional resources. Identify SAP forums to bring Concur content into: SAP Events, SAP Innovation Days, SAP Programs (Sapphire, Select, Forums, Reference Live, and Industry Shows). Partner with stakeholders and support Field Engagement to make participation successful. * Broaden Engagement into GCO beyond field organization.
