Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) Minimum of 8 years of experience of SAP WM/MM configuration which should include WM/MM module Support and implementation experience
Technical/Functional Skills
Should have worked on following process of SAP SCM logistics execution (WM-MM)
Strong SAP MM/WM and IM
Should able to understand business requirement and Functional Specification development as per business requirement
Integration of MM module with WM
Inbound Processes (Goods Receipt, Inspection/Counting, Directed Put Away)
Internal Processes (Radio Frequency Transactions, Inventory/Cycle Count, Posting Changes - Blocked, Scrap, Batch Management, Serial Number Management)
Outbound Processes (Picking, Work Assignment, Packing, Staging, Goods Issue)
Experience Required
At least 2 SAP SCM(WM-MM) implementation experience
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide application support for SAP SCM(WM-MM) application support
Generic Managerial Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In this position you will be responsible for the successful execution of concurrent Small projects, under moderate supervision. This involves all facets of project leadership and delivery, including: planning, delivery (process, risk and change management), relationship management, team leadership, and governance compliance. Partner with business sponsors/key stakeholders to ensure project results are driving value to the business. This includes confirming project success criteria, leveraging resources, managing change and mitigating/managing project risk throughout project life cycle. The Enterprise Project Management Office at Trustmark is growing and changing to support the evolving needs of the company. The successful candidate will bring a level of enthusiasm, can-do attitude and willingness to try new things in the role. Key Accountabilities: Project Management and Delivery * Lead all aspects of the project life cycle in partnership with Portfolio Manager and project members/sponsors (budget, forecasting, resource management, milestone tracking and risk/issue mitigation plans) * Partner with Portfolio Manager to on-board to assigned project (i.e., confirm detailed work plan, roles and governance requirements for project) and maintain ongoing project plan, health and integration * Integrate change management and business process re-engineering methodologies and activities as appropriate * Assess, monitor and mitigate/resolve priority project risks as they are encountered (i.e., execution risk, business risk, technology risk and people risk), escalating issues appropriately * Develop and implement communication plans to actively engage and keep all stakeholders informed Governance Compliance * Maintain compliance and consistent execution of EPMO standards, governance and reporting requirements defined for each project * Respond to customized requests to facilitate required project visibility and Portfolio quality audits * Contribute to development and/or enhancement of governance standards and compliance People Leadership and Development * Provide constructive performance feedback and recognition informally * Anticipate and escalate performance gaps quickly to keep project on track * Capitalize on personal talents, passions and experience in contributions * Empower self to take calculated risks and execute responsibilities * Reinforce and create opportunities to facilitate ongoing learning for self * Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement and innovation, embracing change that is required Project and Professional Relationship Management * Maintain highest standards of customer service and business professionalism * Build and sustain positive relationships across projects and Project Delivery team, reinforcing a positive environment of collaboration and respect * Act with integrity – treat others with respect, follow through on commitments, own mistakes and earn trust as a leader * Utilize position and influential powers to engage others in support of project and Enterprise PMO success Requirements: * Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience required * Solid project management background required * Experience successfully planning and managing strategic department/division-based programs/projects required * Strong leadership competence, with proven skills in managing change, critical thinking/reasoning required * Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence required * Proven communication skills; both written and verbal with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management required * Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio required * Prior management experience preferred * Bachelor's degree in business, IT, operations, finance, etc. preferred * Change Management and Business Process Reengineering experience/exposure preferred * Experience in Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint or similar PPM tool preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.
