Job Title: SAP S4 Hana BSA
Location: Santa Clara, CA
(Rate: 78$/hr. on C2C)

(Immediate Interview/Long term contract)

Client IT Finance is looking for SAP S/4 HANA Finance professional with transformation and implementation experience. The ideal individual for the team will have in-depth experience with SAP FICO/S/4 HANA Finance modules and its integration to other systems.

You will lead the effort to design, develop and implement SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions. This Resource will be working closely with key finance users and IT Project team.

Required:
Lead SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementation/ transformation and improve existing functionalities
Articulate, analyze gaps/requirements and translate them into effective solutions in S/4 HANA Finance landscape.
Responsible for the design and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
Work with Project Teams across multiple domain identify, suggest best practices and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs.
Provide status of the work you're leading to Project Manager and other team members
Design Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing cases to test S/4HANA Finance functionalities.
Work with the onsite-offshore resources during the Project.
Build Training documentation and impart training to end users
Strong SAP FICO/S4HANA Finance configuration and technical skills
Understand the business functions of Finance & Accounting and evaluate how IT changes may impact and improve the operation of these business functions. Areas of expertise including but not limited to General Ledger, Product Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, COPA, Multi-Currency Process and Corporate Accounting
Ability to architect solutions in the Finance (FICO/ S/4 HANA) functional areas by seamlessly integrating with MM, SD, PP
APO and BW functional areas
Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment
MBA or MS degree in Finance
Integration experience with SAP and 3rd party applications like Concur, Purchase Requisition, Treasury.
Change Control and Release Management Experience
Show attested project management experience and skills
Convey strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to strong shared work experience using collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Self- detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd: You'll have semiconductor industry experience, including the fabless business model

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing technical regulatory guidance on complex Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Customer Risk Rating (CRR) subjects for the bank. Additionally, the individual will provide managerial leadership and subject matter expertise on CDD/EDD and Customer Risk, supporting the BSA/AML Officer to ensure BSA/AML compliance. Responsible for ensuring that the Bank meets both regulatory and internal Enhanced Due Diligence Requirements and manages the team assigned to conduct Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on high risk customers. Partner with stakeholders within the BSA Department and the lines of business to facilitate feedback on efforts related to process improvement, program enhancements, and continuing customer due diligence processes and controls within the bank. Assists the BSA/AML Officer with maintaining the Bank's High Risk Customer Methodology and related EDD Governance. Performs all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performs personnel actions including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and interviewing candidates for employment; Responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination and evaluation of functionalities within the EDD Investigations Unit. * Promotes a risk-aware culture, ensures efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes. * Prepares for internal audit reviews as well as regulatory examinations, and is responsible for addressing any audit deficiencies or regulatory examination corrective actions. * Provides metrics to BSA/AML Officer for management reporting. * Develops, recommends and implements processes and controls to ensure compliance with AML rules and regulations. * Leads a team of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Investigators who conduct new and/or periodic reviews of high risk customers. * Responsible for maintaining the Bank's High Risk Customer List, High Risk Customer Methodology, and managing the periodic review process. * Conduct quality control reviews on the EDD reviews completed by the investigators.
